Prayer resources for use at home

Some people find it very easy to pray either alone or in a small group, others find it all a challenge and give up.  I am not, personally a big fan of praying set prayers in Church.  I am much happier "free range" praying as I walk about the parish or sit quietly in the churchyard surrounded by nature.  Sadly these aren't as available as I would like, so I too am having to learn how to pray in difficult circumstances as many of you may be.  Let's not give up!  You may or may not find the attached resources helpful, but we do hope that you will be able to pray at home, not only for your own benefit but also for all those suffering first-hand with the virus, as well as for all those working hard to keep us safe and those taking care of the sick.  I have also included a useful link from the Church of England about taking care of our mental health during the crisis.  I will be running a group once we have the all clear so that we can "decompress" by sharing our experiences and helping each other heal and cope with this unprecedented situation.  I'm praying for each and every one of you that you keep safe and healthy!  With love, Michael.
